Apple Crunch Slaw

Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli slaw
- 1 cup fennel, sliced thin
- 2 medium apples, julienned or sliced
- 2 tsp fruit fresh, optional (sprinkle on apple to keep from browning)
Dressing
- ½ c plain nonfat Greek yogurt I use Fage
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise I like Duke's or Hellman's
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard Grey Poupon is my choice
- 3 packets Truvia Sweetener packets or 3 tsp of sweetener of your choice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp celery seed
Instructions
- Tossslaw and fennel together. Sprinkle apples with fruit fresh and toss together, add to slaw mix.
- Whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth and uniform, pour over slaw and toss well until coated.
Notes
Each serving is about 1/2 cup.
